Comments:  This was the last night of 2003 that we had available for imaging.  The clouds have been relentless during new moon periods since then.  At least the wind died down enough to allow an image to be captured.  The seeing was really not good until around 2:00 am.  Luckily I was out trying to play with fog filters on some wide field constellation shots.  This shot is built from a 30 minute no filter shot and a 5 minute shot with the dfog3 filter.  The two images were combined in Photoshop.  The fog filter shot was applied as a screen layer.
