Comments:  NGC3628 is a member of the Leo Triplet of galaxies with M65 and M66. It is the faintest in the group. NGC3628 is seen edge-on. A thick band of dark dust clouds which obscure the galaxy's bright central region. The dust band is distorted because of gravitational interactions with its two neighbors.
